No. T. Smith Management.IO is not a law firm, CPA firm, or real estate brokerage and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. When a matter requires an attorney, patent practitioner, or other licensed professional, it is fulfilled through independent licensed professionals.
Are your prices final?
Listed prices are reference 'starting at' prices and are subject to confirmation after we review your needs. Government, state, and filing fees are separate unless stated otherwise.
Can you guarantee funding, a grant, or a loan approval?
No. We help you prepare clear, complete materials, but decisions are made solely by lenders, investors, grantors, and agencies. No funding, grant, loan approval, or credit outcome is guaranteed.
Do you work in every state?
We support clients across the U.S. Requirements, timelines, and fees vary by state, and we'll confirm what applies to you before starting.
How long does a typical service take?
Each service page lists a turnaround estimate. Many filings are prepared within a few business days, while government processing times vary and are outside our control.
What happens on the free consultation?
We discuss your goals, clarify which services fit, and outline next steps and pricing. There's no obligation to proceed.
How does AI automation pricing work?
AI Receptionist, AI Follow-Up, and AI Document Processing are custom-scoped. We start with a discovery call, then provide a written proposal.
What is your refund policy?
